Shipping & Production Timeline
READY TO SHIP: Items labeled “Ready to Ship” are in stock and ready to go. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and shipping.
PRE-MADE: “Pre-Made” means the items have already been produced and are currently being shipped to us in bulk. While it is not in hand yet, production has been completed. Once we receive the inventory, we will begin packing and shipping orders. Please allow 7–21 business days for processing and shipping. These timeframes are estimated and are subject to change.
PRE-ORDER: Pre-order items are made specially for the drop and require production time. Please allow 3–6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery to us (unless otherwise stated on the product page), plus an additional 4–6 business days for delivery to you once your order has shipped. Production and shipping times may fluctuate.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Delivery Times: After shipment, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days depending on your location. Please expect possible variations in timing.
Store Policies: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please double-check your order before checking out. We encourage you to review our full store policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS or your local postal carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses/Address Changes: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost. We can update shipping addresses within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, no changes can be made.
